Avery is walking

We get to watch Avery every Tuesday because Jenny works and Phill has tuesdays off. We love having her over to play with us. When I got home this week I was able to get a couple of videos of her walking. Here is my favorite one.

Lunch with Phill

With Phills crazy schedule we never get to spend Saturdays together, so I decided that when he is on days I will take him out to lunch. Every Saturday I head out to Brighton and we go out to lunch. When the girls are home they sometimes go with me. He really enjoys getting our coming and getting out of the Jail. Today I decided to take a picture of his work and him coming out.

This is a picture of the Adams County Jail. Phill has worked here for 3 years.

Here he is coming out to meet us for lunch. I think we went to the new Chinease restaurant in Brighton.

Lunch is over. Doesn't he look sad heading back to work.

BYU Idaho

After visiting with Grandma and Grandpa we headed up to Rexburg Idaho to drop off Amanda and Connie. This is Amandas last year and Connies first year. Here is a picture of Connie by the BYU-I sign.

Visit to Grandma and Grandpa Theobalds house

For New Years we went and visited Grandma and Grandpa Theobald in Tooele Utah. It was a long drive over, but the roads were pretty good. It is always fun to get to go home and spend time with my parents. We like to play cards and visit.

We also went into see Temple Square on New Years Day, only to find out they turned off the light at midnight on New Years Eve. We did wander around for a few minutes and saw a few lights and some nativities

I liked how the Temple reflects in the window of the Visitor Center.

Playing with Grandpa

Avery loves her Grandpa Waken. While we were Sam sitting after Christmas Avery came over to play with Grandma and Grandpa. She loves to crawl all over him. She is now 10 months old and into everything.

Denver Zoo Lights

In December we decided to go and visit the Denver Zoo to see all he christmas lights. Every year they decorate the zoo for christmas. It was so much fun to walk through the zoo and see all the lights. We did not see many animals because it was cold and dark. But we saw lots of lights. We had a big group. Phill and Diane, Amanda, Megan, Connie, House, Lindsey, Sarah and Justin. Lindsey got her feet wet at the start and was freezing most of the visit. Here are a couple of pictures of our visit.
